Treat Level: WET

If the purpose of government is to protect the people from threats, then why are our government and our media promoting fear of manufactured threats instead of those which seriously endanger our existence. Perhaps something should be done about our crumbling infrastructure or climate change? These are real threats that will take great leadership and public resolve to meet.
